Is this what you see too? There’s a series of these images, with differently coloured ‘mussels’. I’m thinking of a location just outside of the Coromandel township that sells oysters, mussels, and fish directly from the catch. They also grow mussels on lines, which is so efficient and effective. I like NZ mussels (but I LOVE the smaller French mussels).

The image you see here is printed on 200gsm uncoated, acid- and lignin-free poster card. It will arrive to you well protected, lying flat on a backing board within a cellophane sleeve.
